CONGRESSMAN AT TOWN HALL: ‘THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN DO MOST ANYTHING IN THIS COUNTRY’
Rep. Pete Stark takes questions at a town hall meeting and is asked about constitutional limitations on the power of government. His answer, while somewhat startling, because he openly admits it, is not really surprising. It shows just how far we have gotten away from our Constitutional government and how critical it is to get back to it before we become subjects instead of citizens. It is a sad state but both political parties share the blame equally. The problem for us is that the people most responsible for the loss of our Constitutional form of government are unelected judges who are legislating from the bench and bypassing the Constitutional legislative process. We can vote against politicians and replace them but we cannot get rid of the judges who are remaking the USA into their own image. And I thought that was BHO’s mission.
