“Single Payer” Is The Goal Of Healthcare Reform
Yesterday I wrote:
There is one thing to be on the lookout for if the liberals concede single payer. I’ll call it “Healthcare-The Sequel”. Liberals are patient, if nothing else. They will accept healthcare reform in any fashion, knowing full well that they will be able to attempt enacting the rest of their agenda in Phase Two, i.e. “Healthcare-The Sequel”.
On July 27th Barney Franks was asked about single payer and said that it is off the table right now because the votes are not there to pass it, but a public option in healthcare reform is the best way to eventually get to single payer.
This video was provided to You Tube from a pro-single payer group called Singlepayeraction, but it clearly shows that the ultimate goal of the Socialist Democrats is Socialized Medicine. Do not be fooled by their rhetoric.
