North Korea Tests Another Nuke
In defiance of President Obama and in direct violation of the 2007 anti-nuclear agreement the Communist nation signed with five other nations, North Korea has conducted another test explosion of a nuclear bomb. It seems that North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong-il, is intent on developing a nuclear program, which will further isolate his country from the rest of the world. In addition to the test of the nuke, North Korea also conducted a test launch of three missiles as well.
The White House issued a statement on behalf of President Obama regarding the urgent situation in North Korea. The president calls the situation on the Korean peninsula a matter of “grave concern.” Is “grave concern” worse than the White House’s reaction of “Obviously, that’s concerning,” to Iran’s recent launch of solid propellant rocket?
